Park City, despite the short drive, feels like a world away from Salt Lake City—making it the perfect spot for locals and travelers alike to get away to for the weekend. Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday nestled up in the mountains on such a “staycation” in the beautiful Stein Eriksen Residences, a luxury ski-in/ski-out resort hotel in the heart of Deer Valley. Because we had such a large group, we rented out an entire home for the duration of our stay. This home was full of opulent details and breathtaking designs, and we had to share!
The Family Room
This sofa was INCREDIBLE! Never before had our entire family been able to sit together all on one couch (comfortably), but this sofa made that possible. We spent countless hours gathered together in front of the massive wood-burning fireplace enjoying each other’s company!
The Dining Room
Another space that made gathering our large group possible was this massive dining room table! With room for all of us plus and entire Thanksgiving dinner, there was nothing this table couldn’t handle. It was perfect for playing games too!
We felt spoiled making a Thanksgiving dinner in such a beautiful kitchen. Have you ever seen countertops so substantial??
There were seriously no bad angles in this house! Here are some additional highlights of places and spaces we loved:
This room alone could sleep up to 8 adults! And how cool are those built-in stairs??
If you need me, I’ll be spending the rest of winter soaking in that tub and taking in that view!
