This client was in need of a light refresh without a major remodel (and the construction mess and sticker price that can go along with it.) We accomplished that by replacing light fixtures and some furniture pieces throughout the main level, refinishing the hardwood floor, painting, refinishing the fireplace, adding can lights, and making some updates in the kitchen.
