Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us within 24 hours. Cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hour prior to scheduled appointment time: Fee is 100% refundable or transferable to a future appointment date. Cancellation or reschedule within 24 ours of scheduled appointment time: Fee is nonrefundable and a new booking will need to be made to secure a new appointment time.
