Our Design Process
PreDesign
Before we ever present a design concept, we'll work together to gain clarity on your vision and align on steps forward. We'll also coordinate with your builder or contractor on budget and timeline.
Conceptual Design
After design vision has been established, we'll hold a series of design meetings to present design concepts for each space in the home. Rather than spending hours in showrooms making "selections" by the category - we present concepts by the space to ensure full home cohesion and clarity.
Schematic Design
When our clients are thrilled with the conceptual design package, we'll move into schematic design. In this phase, we're creating construction and specification documentation for your builder to make sure construction is executed as intended.
Project Management
Once construction begins, we're here every step of the way to ensure alignment on design intent as the job progresses.
Procurement
No home tells a full story without furnishings - we'll consider furniture layouts and materials early on in the process so clients are able to visualize the entire space. Once your selections are approved, we take care of the logistics — ordering, tracking, vendor communication, and contractor coordination. Our team manages schedules, anticipates challenges, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Installation
The day your design becomes reality! We oversee installation, arrange furnishings, and layer in styling details so your home feels complete, warm, and intentional down to the last pillow and piece of art.
At the end of the process, you receive a home that’s thoughtfully curated, finely tuned to your lifestyle, and ready to be lived in.
