CONSULTATION

Once the signed contract has been received, we'll schedule a visit to the property to take measurements and before photos, walk through the space with you, and meet with your builder and/or tradespeople if applicable.

SITE VISIT

When we have the info we need to get started, we'll then begin sourcing inspiration images, finish samples, furniture pieces, and more. 

We'll also create a moodboard and floorplan for each applicable space, and an overall budget. 

Three dimensional renderings also available for an added cost.

DESIGN EXPLORATION

We'll need about two weeks before our first design meeting, where we'll review all of these materials in person with you. 

Typically, we'll need anywhere from 2-6 design meetings depending on the project size and complexity before final approval.

DESIGN PRESENTATIONS

Once you love and have approved each item and pricing, we'll complete invoicing, documentation, and processing for all orders. 

We'll also create a finish specification packet for your builder, and will schedule a meeting to review this in person with all relevant parties.

DOCUMENTATION &

PROCUREMENT

While we all know construction can take quite a long time, custom furniture items can also typically take up to 20 weeks to arrive. After some patience, we'll schedule a 1-3 day installation period with you as furniture items and construction near completion.

SCHEDULING

During our installation period, we kindly request that clients hand over the keys while we deliver and assemble furniture, hang drapes and wallpaper, install light fixtures, style and fluff and arrange and make everything just right so you can come home to a completely done space.

We'll complete a photo shoot within 48 hours of installation.

INSTALLATION & PHOTOGRAPHY

We'll walk through the completed space with you and create a punch list for final to-dos, send a final project survey, and now it's time to enjoy your new space!

Our favorite and most important task when starting a new project is to get to know our clients. Designing a home is a personal process. We pay attention to the details like your favorite pair of shoes, where you like to eat your breakfast, or your collection of sculptures from traveling - so that we can give the important things a home and make the little moments spent at home feel more luxurious, effortless, and personalized.
